Ferenc Daróczi took his degree of civil engineering at Ybl Miklós Technical College, in Budapest in 1992. From 1992 to 2000 he worked as a middle manager in construction companies, mainly in Germany, in minor part in Hungary. From 2000 to 2007 he worked as a project manager at ECE Projektmanagement Budapest Kft., then from 2007 to 2014 he was the executive director of Hochtief Development Hungary Kft. In 2013 he founded his own engineering office, DPPM Consulting Kft., which has successfully prospered since then. He is the member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

László Kecskeméti took his degree of civil engineering at Ybl Miklós Technical College, in Budapest in 2001, then he graduated and took his degree at the University of Pécs, Pollack Mihály Faculty of Engineering, in architecture in 2007. Firstly, he worked as an engineer in construction for short a term, then he gained experience as a designer in architectural offices. Until the year of 2008 he worked as project manager at ECE Projektmanagement Budapest Kft. From 2008 to 2013 he carried out project management tasks on behalf of Hochtief Development Hungary Kft. Under his management his own engineering offices, the Snoos Bt since 2001 and the a Projekt Manager Group Consulting Kft. since 2014 have been prospering.
