This week, my colleague and I are participating in a four-day professional trip to Bavaria focused on historic preservation and restoration, organized by the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support and organisation of Bayern International and of Bavarian Ministry of Economic affairs Regional Development and Energy, and of em&s.
During the trip, we visited several companies with extensive professional experience that excel in multiple fields, and we reviewed their projects. These companies have staff sizes ranging from 50 to 200 people and significant workshop capacities. We visited the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Historical Monuments’ Architectural Archive in Thierhaupten (Bauarchiv Thierhaupten)—the training and advisory center for historic preservation. They possess an astonishing collection of architectural records from various historical periods. Thank you to the organizers and Bayer International for their support, and to my colleagues who traveled with me for their great company.

Last week, it was an honor to serve on the jury for the 21st Europaproperty SEE Real Estate Awards and to represent our company, IDPM Consultant Kft., in Bucharest. I met many new, outstanding colleagues from various real estate development sectors across the SEE region, and we spent some amazing, fun-filled evenings together during both the judging and the awards ceremony.

It was great to see how many new developments are being realized and are in the pipeline in the SEE region. The jury reviewed real estate developments of truly outstanding quality. And in our free time, we got to experience how Bucharest is developing and renewing itself year after year.

For 10 years we have been directly supporting our clients in developing, building and providing expertise for their various projects. End of May 2023 we celebrated with our partners and friends our achievements and the success of our current work!
